Casa Mora is a former fisherman’s house of about 100 m² including the patio. It stands in the fishing quarter of Es Molinar, which has kept much of its original character, on the edge of Portixol, currently the most popular district of Palma. The airport is close, there are small beaches and a 25 km promenade along the sea, and in the evening you have the nightlife of a city. The house has been renovated to a high standard and is on a quiet side street, a minute’s walk from the sea. It has two bedrooms with double beds of 160 × 200 cm, each with its own small shower room. The second bedroom is set apart, because between it and the rest of the house lies a pretty, shady patio of about 13 m² that nobody can look into. The large, bright living room with satellite TV and a smart TV opens onto the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
There is fast fibre-optic internet via Wi-Fi throughout the house. Underfloor heating and an air-conditioning unit that both cools and heats keep it comfortable in every season, and there is a washing machine with built-in dryer. From the patio a small staircase leads up to the roof terrace of about 60 m². The whole house, with patio and roof terrace, is for your use only. Make yourself at home.
