All rates are for the whole house per night, when you book directly with us. From seven nights the weekly rate applies, which already includes a 10 % discount. Final cleaning and the ecotasa, the Balearic tourist tax, come on top. The tax is €2 per night for each guest aged 17 and over, reduced to €1 from the 9th night, and is paid on site, directly to us.
